About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Community Integrated Care.

This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the delivery of a consistent employee experience across the charity, creating an engaged and valued workforce passionate about delivering the Best Lives Possible for the people we support.

The successful candidate will have experience of colleague engagement and communications in a large and complex organisation and will be able to work closely with various teams to achieve this goal.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day oversight, support, and promotion of Community Integrated Care's Colleague Forum, GameChangers
  • Support the charity's People Team with effective communication plans and campaigns to support projects and initiatives to improve colleague experience
  • Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard for engagement communications, activity, and campaigns
