We operate a specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men, providing a dedicated care pathway that focuses on empowering and supporting service user independence.
This position involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care, utilizing a flexible learning approach to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include offering physical and emotional support, reporting medical and welfare needs, and maintaining a safe environment.
As a successful candidate, you will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, excellent communication skills, and sensitivity when interacting with clients. You will also undergo an enhanced DBS check as part of our safeguarding measures.
