Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients presenting with injuries and illnesses
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs and circumstances of each patient
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in nursing or a related field
  • Registered nurse practitioner with current registration
  • Experience in general practice or a related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
