General Practice Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at CES Group - Clinical Employment Services.
This role involves providing exceptional patient care in a general practice setting, working closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and support.
As a General Practice Nurse Practitioner, you will have the autonomy to make informed decisions and take charge of complex cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients presenting with injuries and illnesses
- To develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs and circumstances of each patient
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in nursing or a related field
- Registered nurse practitioner with current registration
- Experience in general practice or a related setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
