We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our team at CES Group - Clinical Employment Services.
This role involves working closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and support in a general practice setting.
As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients presenting with injuries and illnesses
- To develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs and circumstances of each patient
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in nursing or a related field
- Registered nurse practitioner with current registration
- Experience in general practice or a related setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
