Job Description

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as mentoring and supporting team members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided

Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills

About Your Work Environment

You will be working at the Gateway Recovery Centre, a state-of-the-art facility providing care for men and women with complex mental health requirements. The centre is split into four distinct areas: Male Autism Service, Assessment and Rehabilitation for Women, Specialist Inpatient Service for Older Men, and Low Secure Care Setting.
