Job Description- Patient Care:
You will be responsible for prescribing medications as appropriate and providing health education to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
Record Keeping:You will maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with regulatory standards, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and up-to-date.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Have experience in urgent care, primary care, or a similar setting.
