About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Complex Care team. As a key member of our department, you'll be responsible for identifying training needs and developing engaging learning programs that meet the unique requirements of our teams.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices in complex care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and external partners to ensure training initiatives are relevant and impactful.

Our Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000, plus a £3,000 car allowance. You'll also enjoy flexibility in your working hours, with the option to work from home or our head office in Widnes.
