We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Director of Complex Care. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of our complex care strategy, ensuring that systems and processes meet all relevant quality, legal, regulatory, organisational, contractual, and customer standards.

About the Role:
  • Lead with Impact: Oversee new complex care services through transition, optimising the allocation and use of budgets and resources.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Implement and monitor controls, measures, and reporting to meet all legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee complex care budgets, drive efficiency, and ensure sustainable, high-quality services.

What You'll Need:

  • Educational Background: Educated to a Post Graduate level or equivalent qualification in a relevant health or care discipline.
  • Professional Development: Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health & Social Care, local authorities, and commissioning organisations.
  • Leadership Experience: Experienced professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of the transforming care agenda.
  • Financial Acumen: Skilled at managing budgets and resources.
