Compassionate Care Worker

This role involves providing support, personal care, and engaging activities for a 27-year-old client with complex needs, including autism, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in Autism, restraint, positive handling, physical interventions, and sensory awareness. A bubbly personality, empathy, and patience are essential.
The role requires flexibility, reliability, and continuity due to the complexity of the package commitment. You will be expected to create positive relationships with clients and families, meet their needs, and prioritize their best interests. This includes helping our clients achieve their full potential.
We offer a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour, along with various benefits, including pension scheme, Blue light card, free DBS check, and enhanced maternity/paternity schemes. You will also receive continued professional development to support your career growth.
