Compensation and Benefits Analyst

We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a motivated Payroll professional at the beginning of their career to join a dynamic Private Equity firm in London. This position will be responsible for managing both UK and International outsourced payroll processes for a workforce of 350 employees. The role will involve close collaboration with the Assistant Director of Payroll and General Manager based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll operations for a diverse employee base.
  • Coordinate with international payroll providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the payroll team in various administrative tasks.
