Role Overview

What will your responsibilities entail?

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will assist the rewards and benefits team in designing and implementing reward programs and HR initiatives that enhance the attraction, retention, and motivation of personnel at Evelyn Partners. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Reward Business Partner and the Benefits & Pensions Business Partner in the daily execution of benefit, pension, and compensation-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial analysis, modeling, and process management related to total employee compensation, including salary reviews, benefits, and bonus structures.
  • Facilitate the effective execution of Reward change management initiatives.
  • Aid in the delivery of the annual pay review process.
  • Contribute to market surveys and necessary regulatory submissions, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
  • Support the Senior Reward Business Partner and Reward Director in tracking budget activities.
  • Provide analytical support to the broader HR team as needed.
  • Handle routine administration tasks related to employee benefits and pensions.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and modeling capabilities, with a proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in HR and Reward is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn essential Reward terminology and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet established personal and team objectives.
  • Resilience, adaptability, approachability, and confidence.
  • Keen attention to detail is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
