Role Overview

What are your responsibilities?

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will assist the benefits and compensation team in designing reward programs and HR initiatives that facilitate the attraction, retention, and motivation of talent at Evelyn Partners. The individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Compensation Business Partner and the Benefits & Pensions Business Partner in the daily execution of benefits, pension, and compensation-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with financial analysis, modeling, and process management related to total employee compensation, including salary reviews, benefits, and bonus structures. Aid in the effective execution of compensation change management initiatives. Contribute to the annual pay review process. Support market surveys and necessary regulatory submissions, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting. Assist the Senior Compensation Business Partner and Compensation Director with budget tracking activities. Provide analytical support to the broader HR team as needed. Manage routine administration of employee benefits and pensions.

Qualifications for Success:

Strong analytical, numerical, and modeling capabilities with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills. Previous experience or knowledge in HR and Compensation is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn core compensation terminology and best practices. Ability to work efficiently and meet established personal and team objectives. Resilient, adaptable, approachable, and confident demeanor. Attention to detail is crucial. Highly articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
