Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development / New Sales Manager to join our team and drive new business and sales into large enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing business with major banks and financial institutions, and will be able to navigate and manage complex banking relationships to drive new sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a structured approach to account planning and new business development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in major banking businesses
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in professional services or sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business relationships
  • A hunger for success and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
