Role Overview:

In the capacity of Lead Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the CIO/IT Director, playing a crucial role in the implementation of scalable solutions across HR, Finance, and Procurement domains.

Your leadership will extend to both technology and business teams, as well as selected external partners, ensuring that projects are executed within the stipulated timelines, budgetary constraints, and defined scope.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technology consultant for Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll departments.
  • Oversee the formulation of business cases and collaborate on vendor selection processes.
  • Steer the delivery of technology solutions effectively.
  • Foster relationships with third-party implementation partners to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks associated with systems and infrastructure.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for integration and automation.
  • Design and implement technology solutions within established budgets and timelines.
  • Assist in conducting business impact assessments and managing change.
  • Provide technical guidance and work closely with Solution Architects.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all implemented solutions.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in ERP solution implementations.
  • Possession of or progress towards a recognized project management certification (e.g., Prince 2 or PMI).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business cases.
  • Strong expertise in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll systems.
  • Preferably, familiarity with Acumatica Financials, project accounting, and FP&A solutions.
  • Experience with real-time system integration and cloud-based technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
  • Experience in optimizing finance systems.
  • Track record of successfully delivering technology solutions that align with business needs.
  • Management of project budgets and collaboration with third-party technology partners.
