  • Effectively manage personal workload while providing support to colleagues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience in a property or real estate context.
  • Experience in project coordination is advantageous.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain focus and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capability to manage and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
