Team Assistant (Front House Receptionist) Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Team Assistant to join our team at a local health centre in Southampton. As a Front House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring a tidy and organised environment that reflects positively on our organisation.
  • Communication and Administration: Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and provide administrative support to various teams, including calendar management and meeting arrangements.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Record-Keeping and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
