Receptionist Opportunity at Premier Inn Southampton North

We're seeking a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn Southampton North. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide informed advice to guests.
