Customer Service and Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join our team at Kinetic Office Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and administer sales transactions
  • Enter data into our SAP software system
  • Raise customer invoices and process payments
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Update our website with daily and monthly information
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Working Hours

Hours of work will be 9am to 5.30pm.
