Market Analyst and Evaluator

The Pricing Service by Refinitiv is a global evaluated pricing source covering over 2 major financial markets. Our evaluated prices provide detailed transparency and market insight, supporting asset managers, custodian banks, mutual funds, investment banks, accounting firms, and financial research providers.

Role Overview
  • Market Analysts and Evaluators are assigned to asset classes in each region within the Pricing Service.
  • Responsibilities include following financial markets, collaborating with modelling providers, and making use of big data sets to create meaningful trends and themes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be familiar with different pricing models and parameters to set up client portfolios.
  • Deliver the evaluation of portfolios based on best methodology and practices for a large volume of trades.
  • Test new models and software upgrades as made available by the Research & Development and IT teams.
  • Ensure excellent client service.
  • Support sales in any Derivatives queries.
Requirements
  • Degree in finance or related field.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of financial markets in general.
  • Ability to independently research and apply complex concepts in a real-world context.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Refinitiv's products and services.
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in evaluations of Derivatives such as IRS, CDS, Equity and FX Options and more complex asset types.
