Role Overview:

As a Principal Analyst in the Marketing division at Uswitch, your primary focus will be to enhance marketing strategies through insightful analysis. You will lead a team of analysts dedicated to comprehending customer preferences and delivering effective communication.

  • Serve as the analytics authority in marketing, collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing analytics and reporting, refining strategies across various channels.
  • Establish a comprehensive audience strategy and Lifetime Value (LTV) model to facilitate data-driven choices.
  • Articulate complex insights clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Candidate Profile:

  • Expertise in marketing analytics, encompassing brand health metrics, digital attribution, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and LTV analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively share insights.
  • Proficient in SQL, statistical modeling, and managing teams.
