The Hyde Group is seeking a Housing Market Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In the role of Housing Market Analyst, you will collaborate with the Property Research team to develop detailed reports and perform extensive market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities within the housing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and disseminate detailed reports and presentations that emphasize critical insights, trends, and actionable strategies.
  • Engage in thorough market analysis to pinpoint trends, patterns, and potential opportunities in the housing sector.
  • Support the development of sales and marketing documentation, focusing on demographics, target audiences, pricing strategies, and comparative data.
  • Collect and verify comprehensive housing sales information from various sources, ensuring precision and dependability.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide timely insights on competitors' promotional activities.
  • Evaluate the success of our housing projects across various regions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and research within the housing or real estate domain.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical data for non-technical audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK valid until at least 2028.
