Real Estate Market Analyst

Location: London

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000

Employment Type: Permanent

The Hyde Group is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Market Analyst to join our Property Research team.

As a prominent provider of affordable housing in London and the surrounding regions, Hyde manages a substantial portfolio of homes, serving a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and disseminate detailed reports and presentations that showcase significant findings, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Perform thorough market analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and potential opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Support the generation of sales and marketing reports, focusing on demographics, target audiences, pricing strategies, and comparative analysis.
  • Collect and verify extensive housing sales data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide current insights on competitor activities.
  • Evaluate the performance of housing developments across various geographical locations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and research within the real estate or housing sector.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling the conveyance of technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK until at least 2028.
