Technical Administrator

Job Summary:
Indotronix Avani UK, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our team. As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all technical records adhere to internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Collect and review paperwork, ensuring all corrections are distributed to relevant departments or focal points.
- Perform audits of all technical documentation, including aircraft maintenance records.
- Compile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management team.
- Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format.
- Utilize AMOS and STREAM systems to support technical records activities.
- Assist other departments as needed, within capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the Technical Records department remains compliant and is maintained in an audit-ready condition.
- Collaborate with the Production Planning and Technical Services team during maintenance projects.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Previous experience using AMOS and STREAM systems is desirable.
- Previous experience working in a records management environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
