- Compliance Management:
- Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, drivers, and school staff.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation services.
- Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.

- Technical Proficiency: Competence with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a transportation or school environment.
