About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers in strengthening relationships with key clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers: Provide proactive support to our Account Managers, effectively managing workload and prioritizing tasks in alignment with account strategy.
  • Proposal and Tender Management: Create proposals, respond to tenders, and prepare quotes, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Account Analysis and Strategy: Conduct account analysis and help implement strategies to drive sales and strengthen client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Gain a deep understanding of key accounts' business models to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update key customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Handle and resolve queries via internal systems, maintaining a high standard of service.
