Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at JMF Associates. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process and match supplier invoices on the Purchase Ledger system.
  • Prepare and submit payment runs for approval and upload.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of financial documents and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including revenue reporting and journal entries.
  • Analyze financial figures on a monthly basis.
  • Support balance sheet reconciliations and cost report analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven accounting experience, either part-qualified or early stages of studying.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
