Candidate Profile:

About You:

  • You possess experience in a service-oriented sector relevant to our business (e.g., retail, hospitality, catering)
  • You have a customer-focused mindset and appreciate roles that involve direct customer interaction
  • Experience as a customer service representative, service agent, or sales consultant is preferred
  • You exhibit confidence and are not only sales-driven but also possess a charming sales ability
  • Flexibility in your schedule is essential
  • Willingness to work on a shift rota to accommodate branch hours

  • A valid driver's license with at least 12 months of driving experience in the UK is required
Daily Responsibilities:

In your role as a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will enhance the rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for each customer. You will provide advice to both national and international clients, delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service. As a knowledgeable representative of our vehicle fleet, you will inform customers about protection options and additional services. You will also manage our premium vehicle fleet and assist with driving and cleaning vehicles as needed.
