Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our small, friendly office as a Product Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our product and sales teams, focusing on pricing and sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and comparing rates of suppliers and competitors
- Compile and maintain pricing spreadsheets
- Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and resorts to resolve queries and issues
- Work with the accounts and sales teams to handle invoices, pricing, and contracts
Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel
- Background or interest in travel is an advantage
