We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our small, friendly office as a Product Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our product and sales teams, focusing on pricing and sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and comparing rates of suppliers and competitors
  • Compile and maintain pricing spreadsheets
  • Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and resorts to resolve queries and issues
  • Work with the accounts and sales teams to handle invoices, pricing, and contracts

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel
  • Background or interest in travel is an advantage
