Job Summary
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Onboarding Team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production and issuance of letters related to employee lifecycle changes, such as family leave, promotions, and changes to terms and conditions.
- Oversee the leaver process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary tasks.
- Ensure employee electronic records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in the administration of ad hoc people projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the team, reallocating and/or actioning incoming calls and queries.
- Monitor, respond to, and escalate all queries and enquiries received by the wider people team.
- Support the wider team as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively based on urgency and importance.
- Strong administration and organization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide consistent and professional support.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness to continually evolve and develop to deliver a best-in-class service.
- Digital-first mindset and ability to think creatively.
- Desirable experience working within an HR department, providing first-line HR advice and support.
- Experience working as part of a team and independently.
