Job Summary

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Onboarding Team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production and issuance of letters related to employee lifecycle changes, such as family leave, promotions, and changes to terms and conditions.
  • Oversee the leaver process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary tasks.
  • Ensure employee electronic records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in the administration of ad hoc people projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the team, reallocating and/or actioning incoming calls and queries.
  • Monitor, respond to, and escalate all queries and enquiries received by the wider people team.
  • Support the wider team as needed.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively based on urgency and importance.
  • Strong administration and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide consistent and professional support.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness to continually evolve and develop to deliver a best-in-class service.
  • Digital-first mindset and ability to think creatively.
  • Desirable experience working within an HR department, providing first-line HR advice and support.
  • Experience working as part of a team and independently.
