Job Title: Night Replenishment Administration Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Night Replenishment Administration Leader to join our team at World Duty Free. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant replenishment and administrative operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the company service proposition through effective and targeted replenishment
  • Maximise day-to-day operations by proactively detasking service roles
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding business objectives and how to best deliver them
  • Lead the replenishment team to deliver an efficient service of replenishment and visual merchandising that achieves an exceptional customer service experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate in clear manner in English to all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in delivering administrative and replenishment related activity incorporating stock turnover and supporting delivery of budgeted sales and cost targets
