We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work with a leading facilities organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills as the role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, clerical duties, and managing communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting the Desktop Manager in issuing works to engineers' PDAs, monitoring works issued out and resolving issues of a nighttime.
• Inputting engineers' hours live as our ops sign on and off jobs.
• General ad hoc tasks where the DMT requires assistance.
Requirements
• Strong organisational skills.
• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc..
• Excellent Communication skills.
