Adecco is seeking a skilled Technical Records Administrator to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Technical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and recording data to track various sources, processing records for flight training courses, and ensuring first pass quality with forms and records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain records for flight training courses, including customer and internal training data
  • Record and track data in various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Complete all tasks related to records management, including archiving and filing
  • Hold regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss upcoming courses and issues
  • Assist with regulatory, customer, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Support the Digital Backbone team in maintaining accurate records
  • Review and correct regulatory paperwork as needed
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Preferred aviation knowledge and regulatory experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in record-keeping software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
