Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Organize and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
    • Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times, ensuring seamless coordination and minimizing disruptions.
    • Adjust schedules as needed in response to changes or emergencies, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance Management:
    • Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks, maintaining a high level of compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
    • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails from schools, parents, and drivers.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records, ensuring easy access to critical information and minimizing administrative burdens.
    • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required, providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role, with a focus on operations and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
