Senior Vice President of Revenue Generation

Position Overview
Epsilon UK has established itself as a leader in various advertising technologies and services, particularly in the burgeoning commerce media sector.
Following remarkable growth over the past six years and a significant acquisition by Publicis, valued at $4 billion, Epsilon is seeking to appoint a Senior Vice President of Revenue Generation. This role is pivotal in driving the company's ongoing transformation in the UK as we enhance both direct and intermediary revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that identifies new market opportunities, monitors competitor activities, and evaluates future trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster robust relationships with senior executives in large organizations to drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage and structure strategic partnerships both within the organization and with external stakeholders in the Publicis Groupe.
- Continuously assess, analyze, and refine team processes and procedures related to client acquisition, retention, and growth to ensure optimal performance, leveraging data to create repeatable growth strategies.
- Utilize advanced sales tools to enhance lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and track key performance indicators to drive revenue from both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate and support critical business initiatives.
- Dedicate efforts to the onboarding and retention of high-caliber associates, promoting their ongoing professional development.
- Lead, manage, and inspire diverse commercial teams with varying skill sets and expertise.
Qualifications
- A strong work ethic and a high degree of personal accountability, with experience in complex organizations and dynamic environments.
- A well-established network, demonstrating a history of collaboration with executives from advertising agencies and clients across sectors such as travel, retail, consumer packaged goods, gaming, and finance.
- A proven ability to thrive in transformational settings, leading organizational evolution to foster a unified team approach.

Experience Required
- Over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses profitably at the enterprise level.
- Proven track record in driving business transformation and team development.
- Significant experience in the AdTech and MarTech sectors, with a solid understanding of privacy regulations.
- A strong network at the C-suite level across direct brands and intermediaries.
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA preferred.
