Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive for Events, you will be responsible for crafting a commercial strategy that aligns with the business objectives and outlines actionable steps to enhance the hotel's market position.

You will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue Management team to continuously refine strategies aimed at retaining and expanding our client base.

Utilizing market intelligence, you will formulate strategic initiatives to ensure the hotel remains competitive within the industry.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess experience in a Sales Supervisor or Manager role, ideally within the hospitality sector. Previous experience in Account Management is advantageous but not mandatory.

As the commercial authority for the hotel, you will confidently discuss business performance and provide informed recommendations at a senior level.

This role requires a high degree of collaboration, working alongside the senior management team to enhance team capabilities and maximize revenue opportunities.

Training will be provided to support your development.
