Netbox Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to enhance our client's marketing initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to develop their careers within a dynamic environment, with a clear path to becoming a Marketing Director within two years.
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing functions, driving strategic initiatives to propel the business forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in achieving business objectives.
- Designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Managing marketing efforts for webinars, trade shows, and events, ensuring alignment with the target audience.
- Analyzing marketing data to assess lead generation and revenue impact.
- Introducing innovative marketing tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with senior management to understand the company culture and audience, leveraging your marketing expertise to drive growth.
- Implementing SEO strategies within the editorial team and providing necessary training.
- Building and mentoring a marketing team to support your progression to Marketing Director.
- Attending trade shows to evaluate competitors and generate leads for the sales team.
- Revamping branding, website, and media materials to enhance company visibility.
- Monitoring industry trends and incorporating feedback into future marketing strategies.
- Segmenting data to effectively target appropriate audiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading marketing functions.
- Demonstrated managerial capabilities.
- Expertise in SEO and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills for audience targeting.
- Experience in rebranding and website enhancements.
- Ability to take ownership of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp and similar tools for marketing analysis.
