We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the non-clinical areas of our luxury care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our hospitality departments, including Food & Beverage, Culinary, housekeeping, activities, and front of house.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure that our residents' needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall hospitality experience for our residents.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the hospitality departments.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally in healthcare, restaurants, or hotels.
