Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Dash Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Optimize Website Performance: Manage and optimize our website(s) to ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and free of pain-points.
- Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance: Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify Trends and Insights: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate End-to-End Customer Experience: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
- Collaborate with Agencies and Vendors: Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Offer insight into social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Over five year's experience in a digital marketing or an advertising position.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in creating and running successful SEM campaigns.
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and experience in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge around cookies policies, first party data collection and uses is desirable.
