We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for executing, managing, and evaluating the marketing strategy for our Commercial division. This role will focus on delivering integrated marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the Commercial division to identify sales needs and challenges, crafting targeted marketing campaigns to drive organic growth.
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies for product upselling and targeting key industry sectors, utilizing diverse marketing channels to generate leads.
- Oversee ongoing media partnerships, ensuring activities yield leads that align with the division's target audience.
- Develop sales support initiatives to assist sales teams across the division.
- Work closely with external digital agencies to manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including monthly performance analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with SEO consultants and internal teams to enhance the SEO strategy for the Commercial division.
- Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to create original content that boosts SEO and brand visibility.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adopt a 'test and learn' methodology to assess marketing effectiveness, optimizing for maximum results and revenue growth.
- Utilize analytical skills to gather insights and present findings to management in a clear and consistent manner.
- Manage the marketing budget for the Commercial division, demonstrating clear return on investment for all activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of marketing experience.
- Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in insurance, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, and events.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and display advertising.
- Proficient in analytical tools and measuring ROI.
- Experience in leading marketing projects from inception to completion.
- CIM qualification (Certificate or Diploma) is advantageous but not mandatory.
