About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Next. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a visually inspiring shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional visual merchandising standards across all stores.
- Adapt store layouts to suit individual store needs and stock packages.
- Ensure fixtures, layouts, and customer navigation are maintained.
- Analyze space management and best sellers to support layout decisions.
- Plan and communicate phase changes onto store planograms.
- Support phase change shifts in designated stores.
- Ensure all marketing, graphics, and props are correct and relevant.
Stock Management:
- Support store compliance reports, including daily new lines and range plans.
- Ensure stock rotation and replenishment to maximize sales.
- Maintain a safe working environment for customers and colleagues by complying with store H&S guidelines.
Communication:
- Work closely with in-store staff and managers to achieve visual merchandising goals.
- Agree priorities with Regional Lead and store manager on a regular basis.
- Feed back phase and stock issues to line managers and mock shop teams.
- Work in conjunction with the in-store display team.
- Control, manage, and order marketing items as necessary.
- Attend Head Office monthly for phase change updates.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine flair and interest in visual merchandising, with a proven track record. You should have excellent service skills, a personal drive, motivation, and resilience. You should also have good analytical, planning, and time management skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and react in fast-moving environments.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to travel to other stores and locations as required.
