As a result of ongoing expansion, they are eager to welcome a Senior Audit and Accounts Consultant to their accomplished team.
Key Responsibilities
This role will primarily focus on owner-managed enterprises with turnovers ranging from £1 million to £100 million, encompassing both national and international clients. The clientele includes a variety of corporate entities as well as not-for-profit organizations, such as charities and educational institutions. The position is adaptable to suit the individual’s strengths and career aspirations.
Work Environment
On average, employees will work in the office three days a week and remotely for two days, although this arrangement can be tailored to fit the candidate's preferences. This position is regarded as one of the most attractive audit roles currently available, offering exceptional exposure while ensuring a healthy work-life balance, alongside a competitive remuneration package. Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified, nearing qualification, or part-qualified, with experience in any combination of small, medium, or large independent accountancy practices, or within a top-tier firm environment. Candidates should be looking for a career move at the Audit Associate, Senior Associate, Semi Senior, or Senior level, with a clear path for progression and development within a highly respected accountancy practice.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience and qualifications

Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified, with a solid background in audit or audit and accounts, demonstrating relevant experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi Senior, Senior, or Associate. Experience should be from a top-tier, mid-tier, or large/medium independent accountancy practice. Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients, along with experience in supervising and delegating tasks, are essential.
