Children's Residential Care Manager

Location: Rural area – full UK driving license and personal vehicle required.

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

***Welcome Bonus: £3,000***

We are currently seeking a dedicated Children's Home Manager to oversee one of our residential facilities. This home accommodates young individuals facing complex social, emotional, and behavioral challenges stemming from adverse childhood experiences. You will lead a committed team to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents while advocating for their voices to be heard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding for children and young people.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing registered Children's Homes.
  • Lead and motivate a stable team to deliver consistent and compassionate support.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.

Ideal candidates will possess a Level 5 leadership and management qualification and be eligible for registration with the regulatory body. A proven track record of working with vulnerable children and young people is essential, along with a keen attention to detail regarding safeguarding and service quality.
