We are seeking a remarkable Children's Home Manager to oversee one of our residential facilities, currently accommodating young individuals facing complex social, emotional, and behavioral challenges stemming from difficult past experiences. You will lead a dedicated team to uphold high standards of care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents while amplifying their voices in all aspects of our service.

Your attention to detail is crucial, as safeguarding our children and maintaining the quality of our services are paramount. You should possess a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework governing registered Children's Homes and have a proven track record of working effectively with vulnerable populations. A Level 5 leadership and management qualification is essential, along with eligibility for Registered Manager registration.
