We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage a 3-bedded Children's Home in Bristol, providing holistic care to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards for the management of the home, ensuring a secure and safe environment for both staff and young people.
- Lead a team of experienced staff, providing clinical supervision and supporting their professional development.
- Work closely with psychologists, OTs, and other clinical team members to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and recovery of the young people in our care.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a residential children's home or similar setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or willingness to work towards it.
- Ability to join the on-call rota, typically 1 week in 6.
- Driving license preferred but not essential.
