Job Title: Registered Children's Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £48,000 - £51,000
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our 3-bedded Children's Home in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic care and support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our service works closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinicians to deliver a therapeutic approach that addresses the complex needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people
- Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and support
- Contribute to the development of our service, including policy development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and external partners
- Knowledge of child and adolescent mental health, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
