About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury. As a specialist physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing advanced physiotherapy assessment and intervention to patients admitted to the wards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with complex long-term neurological conditions, MSK conditions, and mobility difficulties.
  • Support physical activity on the wards alongside the Physical Fitness Practitioner and Physiotherapy Technical Instructors.
  • Supervise junior staff and physiotherapy students, and support the professional lead in service development and quality improvement projects.
Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist with:

  • Professional Qualification, BSc or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • Professional Registration (HCPC).
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio or training demonstrating advanced knowledge of rehabilitation.
