About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Home First Therapy team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to health and social care professionals, carers, and relatives.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in continuing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
- Experience of at least 18 months in a junior rotational Physiotherapy post.
- Previous experience in core physiotherapy specialties, including acute in-patient care, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurology, and community.
