About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience with us.
  • Stay up-to-date with current promotions and products, making recommendations to customers to enhance their visit.
  • Offer a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, delivering high-quality products with pride.
  • Contribute to achieving daily and weekly targets, working collaboratively with the wider business.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working in a hospitality role, with a focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in a multifaceted role is a plus.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time, including weekends and bank holidays.
