Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused F & B Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Great Yarmouth. As an F & B Host, you will be the face of our business, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Be knowledgeable about our current promotions and products, and proactively offer recommendations to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Deliver a high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring that all products are presented and served to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve daily and weekly targets, and contribute to the overall success of the casino.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, responding positively to all customer requests and queries.
  • Replenish stocks and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure that customers have access to products at all times.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience of working in a hospitality role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and contribute to the overall success of the casino.
  • Sound communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
